  1. files LavasoftTcpService.dll and LavasoftTcpServiceOff are still listed in windows system 32 folder the LavasoftTcpService.dll file has known issues with Plex Media Server, so I can't use it until the file is removed edit: Well so far it's working, I just manually deleted those two files.
  2. Thanks so much for the prompt reply. 1 .I actually used ccleaner tools to uninstall web companion, and then scanned the registery to remove residual files (also with ccleaner) 4.   3. I am having issues (like many others) after uninstalling Web Companion...the LavasoftTcpService.dll file is causing my Plex Media Server to crashAddition.txtFRST.txt I included the txt log files from FRST
