  1. I solved this problem with my pc by preforming a system restore from a month ago which is before the problem started !đŸ˜€
  2. I did some research and found the numbers for Customer Service! The Agent I spoke with said they're aware of the problem and Technicians are working to repair it. He said it should be resolved in a few days, if it's not resolved by Friday I'll be calling again!!!

      I submitted my log files when I filled out the contact form through adaware itself!

      after adaware free version didn't work I uploaded Pro thinking it would make a difference and it didn't so I don't even know if I have any log files since I switched to Pro?
