  10. I downloaded the file and ran DelFix, but Ad-Aware didn't react. From the thread it's not 100% clear that Ad-Aware reacted on DelFix. Could they check the quarantined files to see if the DelFix file is mentioned? Scan Computer -> View Quarantined files Real Time Protection -> Detection history section -> View Details Alternatively, they can upload the detection log files and I can check it myself: C:\ProgramData\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware 11\History\RealTimeProtectionHistory.db C:\ProgramData\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware 11\History\Scanner.db Thanks, Andy
  11. Will do. Leave it with me - I'll get back to you as soon as I have more info. Andy

  14. Hi Fabio, I see that AVware is flagging the file, whereas our product, Ad-Aware isn't. The address to report FPs to AVware, as far as I can tell, is [email protected] If you report the file to them, please also attach the file that's being detected to make it easier for them to investigate. Regards, Andy Lavasoft Malware Lab

  24. Thanks for uploading the screenshot - it tells me that the URL/domain is not being blocked, rather something else is behind this behaviour. To be sure I'm replicating the problem, you mentioned you stopped Ad-Aware and the problem went away. Can you tell me the setting you changed in Ad-Aware that solved the problem?
