  1. Either the software engineers only know enough to be dangerous... they can't get out of their own way... or you got ripped off like the legacy users did. They will keep telling you to go to support, but nothing will be there. I've been through it all and have decided they are no longer worth it. Get your money back.
  2. I can't even get a serial number because they lost my account info. Although there is proof I paid via Element5. I got as far as having them issue me a serial number.... instead they told me they lost my profile so now I have to pay for an upgrade. This isn't the lavasoft I dealt with in the past. This is a band of thieves!!! I want my money back so I can invest it instead in Microsoft's Live OneCare. You guys are earning a very bad reputation based on ripping yor customers off! I'm going to do everything in my power to get a refund in full! You have committed fraud over the internet by selling a product with lifetime upgrades, then turn around and make us pay again! *I* want my money by the end of this week or I am filing fraud charges. So, GET IT DONE!
  3. I have the same problem, but I am trying to get my old download link (which has expired). I had to reinstall windows and don't have the .exe for Adaware anymore. I still have the login info Lavasoft sent me, regarding my name and password. The email address doesn't work. I emailed Lavasoft and Element5. Lavasoft ignored my inquiries, Element5 told me two days ago they'd get back to me as soon as possible... Maybe after the sales campaign for 2007, the existing customers will start getting some attention? Is Michelle Boston still around??? (She helped me last time there was a mess.)
