Where do I get help with installation problems. I see a rather lengthy blog with complaints from other users, but no information on how to actually fix the problem. Problem is still not fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't figure out how to contact tech support. Where is the refund button. I think I will go back to the freeware version - at least it works.
