  1. I received this email in reply for asking for tech support. After several unsuccessful tries to register the product I sent this reply. I replied to the help email lavasoft tech support sent me. The reply I received from lavasoft tech support was I am waiting now for the correct registration code. I'm not holding my breath, as I'm sure there are many of us in the same fix. At least the free version works.[/size]
