  1. just had a rebuild of pc tried to use my 3 year licence & didnt work. how do i get new key?
  2. Thank you for the poliite and informative responses, now i can maybe understand the reasoning behind the non response. Unfortunatelly as you can plainly see by the number of posts regarding the 2007 version, its not really working as good as the excellent SE versi You really need to have more contact with your customers & keep them informed QUICKER as the internet is full of alternatives to your product.
  3. This was sent via the support feature on the members website also: I have asked for help & support on here and via your support forums with no result. I am now asking for a full refund of my money as the product does not work and is not of sound quality. Basically it does not work properly. I refer to the below law: Distance Selling Regulations Distance selling means selling and buying by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV. Such transactions are covered generally by normal buying and selling legislation, but they are also covered by special Distance Selling Regulations. Distance Selling Regulations give protection to consumers who shop by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV: The protection includes: • The right to receive clear information about goods and services before deciding to buy; • Confirmation of this information in writing; • A cooling off period of seven working days in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract; • Protection from credit card fraud. and: Sale of Goods Act Quick Facts Subject: Sale of Goods Act, Faulty Goods. Relevant or Related Legislation: Sale of Goods Act 1979. Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994. The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. Key Facts: • Wherever goods are bought they must "conform to contract". This means they must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality (i.e. not inherently faulty at the time of sale). • Goods are of satisfactory quality if they reach the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking into account the price and any description. • Aspects of quality include fitness for purpose, freedom from minor defects, appearance and finish, durability and safety. I have asked for this refund within 7 days of delivery

  5. Yes only a couple against how many complaints???????? I was a VERY satisfied customers with SE but this is dire How much will i bet this gets edited or deleted?!
  6. Ok well whats the point of having a support forum then *http://www.lavasoftsupport.com* ????? other manufactures have them and to be honest bend over backward to either respond to email or answer posts rather quickly Please understand i am not having a go at you but rather the lack of communication on the part of a paying customer. So again i will ask, why dont they answer emails or post here? a bit like shooting ones self in ones foot!!!!!!! AND WHY ARE YOU EDITING MY POSTS? All i asked was as i am a paying customer blah blah and i want my money back
  7. ........... why has no one answered my emails then? all sent via support link on lavasoft website? [Edited by SpySentinel]
  8. i wonder how fast a admin can answer this post, now saying admin i mean someone actually from lavasoft that is/can answer questions. Reason i am asking 1. They are all away on holiday 2. No one really cares about paying customers 3.We have your money..... tough luck yes i know paying customers have the option to contact through website support, i wonder if any of my emails really get read? So, on your marks,,,,,,,,,,, get set GO tick tock
  9. Same here, i have read just about every post on here regarding Ad Watch & tried everything............ Ad Watch just simple will not block advertising or tracking cookies, period. I dont suppose these cookies are in your data base then? Link for image if not shown : http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/636/adwatchga2.jpg *Edit* IE7, Nod 32 Version 7.0.1.6. windows Xp
  10. I have the same problem as this thread http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showtopic=7924, why does my real time defense not block tracking Cookies? If this does not block tracking Cookies then i want my money back because i bought a 3 yr licence & i might as well just use the free version or indeed another program from another vender? Please Lavasoft can you answer this asap? so that i dont cancel my order due to distance selling regulations
