  8. This could also be caused by remains of previous installations not being properly removed from your computer. So if the malware analysis comes out clean then I suggest you download and install Revo Uninstaller and then use it in 'Advanced Mode' to uninstall all versions of Ad-Aware from your computer and then reboot and reinstall Ad-Aware AE and update.   9. If you update using the Administrator account it will be updated for all accounts. I suggest you uninstall Ad-Aware AE from the Control Panel and make sure no traces of old installations are left on your computer then reboot and reinstall Ad-Aware AE using your Admin account.   10. Are you using Ad-Aware AE version 8.0.5? What update method are you using(Start menu or Webupdate within the software)? When updating as a non-administrator you need to use the Webupdate feature within Ad-Aware to update since the Start menu update will only work for administrators Kind regards, Göran - Lavasoft Support
