  1. Hi Thanks for the help. My computer has totally failed and will not boot up. Since this is a new computer, I am working with the vendor to get it repaired. I will be starting over with my hard drive. So I guess my problem will go away. I am responding to you from a different computer. Thanks for your help Frank Klobucar
  2. This is a follow up. I opened the ftc virsus. I then downloaded lasoft free version and ran a full scan. I then purchased the pro version and ran a full scan. I then ran microsoft windows defender. I then emailed the lavasoft support and they replied to do a full scan in safe mode (which I did) they then suggested I contact this site to verify if I had eliminated the virsus.   3. Hi I opened an email with the FTC header and also the attachment. I now find out that this is a tracker virsus that may be on my computer. I then downloaded the Lavasoft free software and ran a full scan. I then purchased Lavasoft pro and ran a full scan. I also ran a Windows defender full scan. I emailed your support and they suggested a full scan in safe mode. I did that. They also suggested I contact this site to see if you can determine if I got rid of the virsus. I have a compac pc running windows vista. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Frank Klobucar (Framark)
