  1. Is there a 'patch' available to enable me to run Lavasoft and Photoshop elements 15 on the same Windows 10 machine? I am unable to open PSE 15 as a Lavasoft dll file is stopping it opening. I have been advised on the Adobe forums that there is possibly a patch for this on Lavasoft site. Does anyone else know anything about this?
  2. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Everything seems back to normal now, I have done everything you suggested and am just off to Microsoft to see about the securit features. i am very grateful it's my daughters laptop & my teenage son has now been banned from using it!! It all seemed to happen after he had been on it!

  4. I now have managed to update Adware but still cannot get rid of spyware. Can anyone please advise what to do?
  5. I see plenty others have the same problem, I would be so grateful for any help. As well as the browser being hijacked, I keep getting a security message pop up in my toolbar (assumming it's from same source as above) but worse every so often I get a some really deligtful porn pictures flashing up. Below is my Hijack this log, I have done a scan with adware, which tells me my definations are out of date & to upgrade to Adware 1.06. However everytime I try to update it tells me no new definitions are available & wont upgrade to 1.06 either. I am assumming this is something to do with this nasty little program as on my desktop PC I can update fine. Anyway, I will be most grateful for any help.
