I can't get any updates anymore either from my Ad-Aware 2008 Plus. I even deleted it and re-downloaded but continue to get error message "No connection to download server" even though my Internet connection is fine. Neither can I download the update from the FAQ link. Wish I had found this before I went through all the trouble of deleting and downloading the program. So, add my name to the list
