I cannot, however, now open Microsoft Outlook. It tries and then flashes off. I have Windows XP professional, Zone Alarm and Avast! . Is there anyone that has had the same problem? If so, how did you fix it? The scan showed that one infected file was found and deleted, but I can't find out what that file was. Does anyone know where to find the "log" file? Thank you.
