    AE works fine, but when I install the upgrade Outlook2000 wont start. Uninstalling upgrade doesn't fix it. Reinstalling or repairing Outlook from CD doesn't fix it. I get back running by using a Norton Ghost image. Other topic discussion of Outlook 2003 was followed and of no help. Any recommendations please?
