  1. Thanks for testing. The Blue Screen occurs using the Process Explorer method for me too. I have also updated Online Armor to the latest version as well (, where it still occurs.

I am also having similar problems (see [url="http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showtopic=30267&st=0&p=123456&#entry123456"]this topic[/url]) - main difference is that it occurs [i]every[/i] time I start up Ad-Aware. I can't recall if it's caused by KernExplorer64.sys, though. Attached is one of the crash minidumps, if needed. [attachment=8381:crashdum...38516_01.zip]
  4. I recently decided to try the 2010 version of Ad-Aware Free on a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit after a few years of not having the program around. A few seconds after starting the program up after being installed, the entire computer locked up, the audio froze, and the computer threw a BSoD error, requiring a computer restart. (I believe the error was of type "page fault in nonpaged area".) It happened all three times I ran the program. After uninstalling it, there were no more BSoDs. In fact, this was the first time I've ever gotten a BSoD on this Windows 7 machine (had it for a couple months). As you could probably guess, not being able to start up the program without the software throwing a BSoD kinda limits what I can do with the program...
