  1. My issue has been resolved. Lavasoft Support issued me a new key that is good for 1 PC and 3 years. Just in case anyone was wondering if the site dealt in pirated software or not - it does not. My original key was corrupted within the activation server. Thank you for all who have responded.

I have gotten software from them without any issues and my license came from Cleverbridge itself. Can someone please provide me with an email address or how I can open a support tocket to get this rectified? Thank you.
  5. Hello all, I have an issue with my Ad-Aware Pro Internet Security that I hope someone can help me with. On March 6, 2011 I purchased a license for 1 PC for 3 years from [url="http://store.v3.co.uk"]http://store.v3.co.uk[/url]. I received my license from Cleverbridge - however the key is only valid until February 12, 2013 - almost 2 years from now - not 3 years. I tried to contact support to fix this issue but they want me to login on the lavasoft website. However I cannot do this as I did not purchase the license through the Lavasoft Store on this website. I tried to register my serial as a boxed copy - thinking maybe that's how I'd get Lavasoft to recognize my license but that failed to work saying the key is already registered or not recognized. I emailed the owner of the [url="http://store.v3.co.uk"]http://store.v3.co.uk[/url] website and he told me to open a customer support ticket with Lavasoft support to rectify the issue. Since I can not log in to get support - is there an email address I can contact to initiate support and open a support ticket? thanks
