  1. Hi CeciliaB Many Thanks.for the help. Uninstalling v9.5 and installing v9.6 has worked on both my computers (win xp and win 7)
  2. I have just downloaded the latest update. during the installation process the error message "Ad-Awareadmin.exe"is unable to access the server. check your internet or firewall settings" This is happening on my laptop and desk top machines. All internet and firewall settings are fine. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks
