  1. I perfectly understand all, but a third day as nobody responds. How many I still should wait?
  2. Where the Lavasoft support desk got to? To me as to the new user a second day do not answer. At me it is impossible to activate Lavasoft Registry Tuner, the program asks to state a product copy.
