i installed ad0-aware total security yesterday. now i cannot use my wireless network. ie explorer is no longer working properly. and it scans and says i am not infected with a virus or malware, but the rougeware av protection 2011 that i installed this to help remove is still there but it is being blocked. help?!

I just purchased this sdownload b/c of a rougeware called AV Protection 2011. It will not allow me to download completely. I tried doing this in safe mode but no jow, because windows installer doesnt work in safemode. please help. i would like to start using my computer to be productive again.
