  1. Good day , Have used Ad aware Free for many , many years . On 09 August 2012 , as requested by Lavasoft , loaded version 10.2.21.3698 - registered , received activation key - tried to activate : received message " Activation Failed " . Have repeated this again , again - also uninstalled 3 times , reloaded - still no success , over 15 days . Stand alone computer , no firewall problem - all updates being received from Lavasoft Reported problem twice to Lavasoft over last 10 days - Problem Support and Feedback - NO response nor help !!!! Urgently need Lavasoft to : Sort out the activation problem Your assistance will be greatly appreciated . Many thanks ( Ad-Aware protection will expire in 15 days !!!!! )
  2. Dear Lavasoft: I am having a lot of trouble activating my Ad-Aware Free Antivirus+ product today. I have pasted in the code that was given to me and I clicked Activate but it said Activation failed: We cannot process your key right now. Our sincere apologies or something like that. Nothing should be wrong with my Internet connection. If anyone can help me here, that would be appreciated. Sincerely, Nathan Koepke
