  1. I got a message from BitDefender about it having a problem. I found this troublesome as I don't have, nor have I ever installed BitDefender. I thought this was a virus, and scanned immediately, nothing was found. I checked around on the web, and after a while I found out that you use components of BD in your program, and this message comes from those parts. It informs the user to report the problem, but beyond the message being generated by BitDefender, nothing tells how to get in touch with them - which is you, but it doesn't say this, of course. Why don't you change this part, and make it easier for people to figure out this is AdAware, and not BitDefender? Why do you use code from another antivirus program, can't you make a much better code yourself? I was trying to attach the BitDefender DMP file, but at the moment I'm unable to attach files for some reason. I will attempt again if you request this file.
  2. Just when I was ready to buy the software, a threat called "Joke.IM.Sherar. A" pops up. No matter how many times I hit "delete", the full scan picks it up. What can I do? I am on Win 7 64bit, explorer browser, Ad Aware Pro 10.5
  3. I'm using Ad-Aware Free Antivirus + version and I have several threats in the quarantine folder. I do not understand how to remove them. There are buttons that say "restore" and "delete selected" but I'm not sure if "delete selected" actually deletes the file from the computer or if it just removes the file/threat from the computer. Where is this mystical quarantine folder anyway and how does it work? When ad-aware detects a threat to quarantine, does it actually physically move the threat into an actual quarantine folder? How do I locate and ensure that I am permenantly removing quarantined files??? In the quarantine it says that I have this item Trojan-Clicker.HTML.RemoteScript (v) here C:\Users\Mateo\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\5ybahnn3.default\Cache\5\6B. What do I have to do to get rid of it permenantly. Bottom line, while viewing the list of quarantined items, does highlighting it and clicking "delete selected" remove the files from the computer or just from that list?
