Hi, Thanks to all for notifying us of this issue. This problem is only affecting users that have uninstalled/reinstalled Ad-Aware, or have installed Ad-Aware for the first time. We are experiencing an unprecedented level of server requests that are exceeding our bandwidth allocation. This means timeouts are caused when downloading the 78mb [b]CSC39-EN-0-11356-F.sbr.sgn.file[/b]. We are currently working to resolve this issue. I will update as I have more information.
