    I tried to delete the lavasoft file with web companion in it, using the file explorer search there was no folder left with lavasoft name, it did not appear anymore in the control panel when I looked for it to uninstall it. Even after I rebooted my computer, when I launched firefox it would still automatically open a tab with adaware. What can I do to fix this issue?

    I have now tried to get ver. 11 to work on my win7 since ver. 11 was launced. I have been in contact with your support and they have by remote tried to solve my problem without success. Problem is: When I have installed Ad-aware Pro Security only realtime protection is working. It is impossible to switch on e-mail protection, WEB protection and Network protection. My requests is ##193980## & ##191864## None of the requests is solved. Today I have tried to install again with same result. Atteched files as requested. MSI28555.zip Ad-Aware 11.zip msinfo32.zip
