NEW VERSION WON'T INSTALL

I have just downloaded the new version 8200 and when I try to install it it comes up as Uninstall. I downloaded another copy and this did exactly the same thing. Also ever since I have dwonloaded this version my PC has been playing up and continually crashing. Does this ring a bell with anyone else?

If you have the Free version already installed, the new installation package will uninstall the old version before installing the 8.2 version.

The old version was uninstalled and when I went to load the new (8.2) version it just wanted to go straight to uninstall.

Hi,

Try using [url="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301"]Windows Installer Clean-Up Utility[/url] to remove any trace of the previous Ad-Aware installation. Then try and reinstall.
