Fingerprint reseting

Question

I move to windows 7 from vista and when I enter the serial I bought using an offer ,for 10$ I get the message that I need to contact support to reset my fingerprint.
I have no user name and password to login at the support site.
I have the email I used during payment at cleverbidge but the lavasoft system tells me that they do not have the email and do not send me a password.
What can I do ?

Log in with the email used when you registered Ad-Aware through the GUI, not the email used when you purchased.

Your Support center Account is actually registered to the [b]email address you used at time of purchase[/b] (unless you have since changed your Support Center account credentials manually).
