Ad Aware 8.3.3 and outlook problem

lately, outlook becomes unresponsive after being open for a few minutes. It suddenly freezes and the only way to start it again is to kill outlook.exe in the task manager pane and then reopen outlook. This happens only when Ad Aware is Active. I removed the e-mail protection but the problem continues.

Office Version:Office 2007Operating System:Windows 8 Antivirus program:symantec end point protection.

Not sure how you deactivated the email protection, but aside from turning it off in the GUI, check your Outlook add-ons and disable it there. If the problem continues, you may want to check the add/remove programs list and uninstall it.

If you're using Total Security, you should contact Lavasoft Support via the link in my signature. They might know a better fix, and your report may help them debug.
