Ad-Aware Didn't Fully Uninstall

On 10.29.2010 I installed this. In April 2011, I uninstalled it. Now I see it's still listed in Programs and Features, but can't be uninstalled. The fodler is still there, but the UnWise.exe is not. I downlaoded the latets Ad-Aware, and uninstalle dit. The folder is gone, but the older program is still on my system somehwere, and it's interefering with other programs, ie Vipre Internet Security 2012. How do I get rid of the older Ad-Aware remanents?

I have had this problem with many software products. download revo uninstaller.

it works great use the 'advanced option'

if you can find a copy of 'Regestry Crawler' it works to remove the any leftovers in the registry but revo usually gets rid of everything.
