BSOD

5 posts in this topic

Installed V10 and immediately got a BSOD in normal Mode. Restored system in Safe Mode.

Eventually got an installation with no BSOD in Normal Mode but application would not open, still opened V9.6 with an error message that a later version was available.

I Uninstalled V10 using Revo and reinstalled. This attempt ended in another BSOD.

V10 would run in Safe Mode. Again used restore.

System (Vista Home Premium) now running OK.

Is it my system or V10????

Hi Repairman,

Do you have another antivirus program installed? If yes, that could be the reason I think. What do you say, Karol?

Hi Cecilia, that is correct. The anti-virus may be what is causing the BSOD. In our next update on the week of Apr-23 should fix this issue.
