CeciliaB 475 Report post Posted December 8, 2012 Hi zoomee, Please, inform us in which file and folder that Ad-Aware finds Trojan.Win32.Generic!BT. You can do that by attaching the log file, C:\ProgramData\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\Logs\Scan_<date information>.log. You might need to change the setting for hidden files to be able to find the file, see http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html for a description. Please, uninstall: Java 7 Update 7 Java 7 Update 7 (64-bit) Java 6 Update 29 JavaFX 2.1.1 They are old versions with known vulnerabilities, which can be used by a web page to infect the computer. You can use Secunia's Software Inspector to check if you have other old versions with vulnerabilities. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/detect-vulnerable-programs-with-secunia-psi/ describes how to install and use the program.
