Warning msg about running as current user whenever I start the computer or Web Companion

Question

Hi,

I am running an XP computer with Web Companion 11. Every time the computer is restarted, or Web Companion is started, I get a Run As dialog box, asking which user I want to run Web Companion with. It shows that the current user (which is the PC admin user) is selected to run Web Campion under, but then warns me that this option might cause the program to run improperly. There is an option to select another user instead.

Why do I keep getting this, and if I should change the user to run this under, what other user or type of user should I use if not the one i normally log on to the PC with? I could find no information on this in the manual or online forums, and Web Companion would have just been installed with all defaults. Screenshot attached.

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

Can you please verify and confirm your version of Web Companion? You mention you have version 11 but we currently only have 1.1.922.1860 as our latest version.

You can verify the version by following the steps indicated in the "How do I manually update my version of Web Companion" of our Help section : http://webcompanion.com/help#04

Once you can confirm this, I will be better able to assist you.

Thanks!!

Sophie
