cygwin XWin does not start because of web LavasoftTcpService64.dll

When I installed web companion I found that my cygwin X Win application failed to initialize. After stracing the problem, the Cygwin people found that LavasoftTcpService64.dll caused ntdll.dll to crash. The only solution was to uninstall web companion and it’s Lavasoft Tcp Service. I am using Windows 7 and had the newest version of Cygwin install. Lavesoft should debug their software and fix the Lavasoft Tcp Service so it doesn’t crash Cygwin X Win software.

I don't know how to submit a bug report so I am doing it hear. I did a search for cygwin and didn't find anything so I assume I am the first to report this.
