Hi Dinostra,

 

Do you mean that when you enter your name and email address, you don't get an email with the license key?

Have you checked your spam/junk/bulk folder in the web mail?

 

If you are sure that you try to zip ProgramData folder, please try to exclude the quarantine folder that can be very large. You can e.g. zip each one of the other sub folders of C:\ProgramData\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware 11.
