Full scan error

Question

When i run a full scan,it says it's calculating and it can be like that for 30 mins or so?

When i run a quick scan or custom scan,it starts scanning straight away?

I stuck with it and now it's scanning but it was still calculating for the 30 mins.

Surely it shouldn't take that ;long calculating,it's not even starting to scan after 30 mins?

I've asked adaware software (Lavasoft), but not received a reply yet.

Hi again,

Has it always been like this since you upgraded to adaware antivirus 12?

Common causes are slow computer, slow hard disk(s) (e.g. external disk), many files, another security program and another program is using the hard disk(s) a lot.
