Adaware Antivirus Free - Service Unavailable

Question

Melhores cumprimentos

Hi, Cecilia.

The problem is solved. Yesterday I installed more than 100 updates of windows update, and today when I turned on the pc, Adaware was working well.

Thank you very much for your help :)

Hi B90,

Note, this is an English speaking forum.

If you didn't run Norton Removal Tool, please do so.

Restart the computer, please.

If you still get "Service unavailable", please follow https://forum.adaware.com/index.php?/topic/34799-how-to-report-a-problem/

I'm sorry for having communicated in Portuguese.
The norton removal tool did not fix the problem.
Attached are two of the three files you asked for. The other one has 600mb and I can not load it.

msinfo32.zip

MSI27aab.zip

No need to apologize :)

If the adaware file is too big to be uploaded, please upload it to a file sharing service, e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, and link to to file in your reply instead. If you don't know how to use a file sharing service, please ask.

Please, uninstall adaware antivirus from the Control Panel and then run adaware Removal Tool: https://www.adaware.com/removal-tool
Restart the computer and then install adaware antivirus again: https://www.adaware.com/antivirus#comparison

If still unsuccessful, please create and upload the log files again.
