New computer failing activation

Question

Hi there

I have a two-year Ad-Aware Total Security subscription. However, activation is failing on my new computer. 

Having logged in to my account, I can see that there is only one seat on the subscription and I presume this is assigned to my old computer, which is why activation is failing on the new machine? 

Is it possible to have the seat switched to my new machine?
