Hi Gustavo,

Support for paid products, e.g. File Shedder, is handled by the customer support team, as written in the announcement
But to contact them use:

Email address: [email protected]

You need to check the spam and/or junk folders in the web mail, since the reply sometimes is considered as spam by your email provider.
