Customer support Issue

Question

I have been trying to reach customer support since I first ordered AdAware software back on 8/19/2018, to no avail. 

I purchased both antivirus (which I have and is active) and the privacy toolbox. I have not been able to download the software for the privacy toolbox and several email requests for support regarding this issue are still unanswered. 

I can provide the order number, billing info, etc. as requested. 

Since there seems to be no other way to directly contact the company about this issue other than unanswered emails, which in this day in age is laughable, I am now here in the forums trying to reach out.

Hi ZeroCaige,

Please send me a PM with the email address you used when contacting support, dates of emails without replies (if possible), order number and license keys. I'll forward it to my contact person at adaware software, who will contact the support team and ask why no reply has been sent to you.
