Billing Issue

Question

I don't know how to contact AdAware regarding a billing issue.  It's completely my fault.  I didn't realize that my AdAware Pro was automatically renewed so I ended up paying for another renewal; basically I've paid for it twice.  I need a refund for one of the charges and don't know how to go about getting this rectified?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi hds8,

You can contact the support team in the menus in adaware antivirus (preferred way) but there is also an email address and a Facebook account you can use, please see https://forum.adaware.com/index.php?/topic/35079-problem-with-activation-of-paid-versions-of-adaware-antivirus-12/.
