Sorry, but where do you try to create an account?
You've obviously created one here in the forum.

It's when you want to register your free version of adaware antivirus as this user: https://forum.adaware.com/index.php?/topic/37010-registration-failed/
Is that correct?

Is it still the same problem?
According to adaware software they had a problem with the server during half an hour earlier today, but now everything should be working.

If you still can't register, adaware software needs detailed log files to be able to investigate the problem.
 

1. Please right-click This Computer icon and select
Properties -> Change settings -> Advanced -> Environment Variables -> New (under System variables) -> OK.

In the Varable Name field please type: ADAWARE_LOG_LEVEL
and in the Variable Value field and then type: Debug

If ADAWARE_LOG_LEVEL already exists, write down the current value first.
 

2. Try to register.
 

3. Please follow the instructions in https://forum.adaware.com/index.php?/topic/34799-how-to-report-a-problem/.


4. Restore/Delete the variable ADAWARE_LOG_LEVEL that you created, please.

Before creating the log files described above, adaware software want you to do a complete uninstallation and installation of adaware antiivrus.

1. Uninstall in the usual way.

2. Run the removal tool. https://www.adaware.com/removal-tool

3. Restart the computer.

4. Install adaware antivirus.

5. Restart the computer.

I'm sorry, but the log files aren't created while the debug value was active. After step 1 it shall look like this:

Good!

Please, with Debug level, try to register again and note the time for that trial, then collect adaware logs (the other files aren't necessary this time) and upload them again.Write the time and link to the logs in your reply. Are you on Central European time?

Every time i try to update, i have this message at "cevakrnl.rvb"

Do you know anything about which DNS server your computer is using for the internet connection?
A week ago or so there were several persons that couldn't update adaware antivirus and that was after that server got a new IP address and users using DNS servers, that were slow on updating with the new IP address, couldn't update.

Then it's another problem. But that should be visible in the logs too.

Sorry, the log files that are needed is a new set of those in the very big zip file that yo uploaded to Google Drive together with the time of the registration and update trials.
