How do I contact a real person?

Question

So it took nearly two weeks of bouncing around before I got to someone who could cancel my subscription and give me my refund. Now I get an email that is welcoming me as a new user, acknowledging payment I didn't make or authorized, asking me to create an account (I still have the old one), and download/install the software. Why is that? Who do I email to resolve this situation?

Hi Julio,

Maybe I misunderstand your situation, but I don't understand why you need contact someone. You've received an email that doesn't make any sense. Don't you think that you can ignore it?

Perhaps you're right, Cecelia. I can, and maybe should, ignore an email that comes from this company that doesn't make sense.  Thanks for the contact info.
