So it took nearly two weeks of bouncing around before I got to someone who could cancel my subscription and give me my refund. Now I get an email that is welcoming me as a new user, acknowledging payment I didn't make or authorized, asking me to create an account (I still have the old one), and download/install the software. Why is that? Who do I email to resolve this situation?
